The Farm.

Sprawling over 380 acres in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Pocono Organics is one of the largest Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC®) farms in North America and the world’s first ROC hemp and microgreens producer!

The main farm center sits on more than 90 acres and features eight greenhouses, comprising nearly 40,000-square-feet of soil-based bays with 35-foot-tall twin peak rooflines – the tallest in North America.

Attached to the state-of-the-art greenhouses, is a 30,000-square-foot facility that includes an organic market and scratch-kitchen café, experiential Food Lab and classroom, as well as a processing center and seed vaults safeguarding agrobiodiversity.
